Wellness
YOUR PERSONAL 3 PHASE GAME PLAN which addresses fitness, nutrition, habits, recovery, and mindset so you’re done googling your plan for the week or just “going to the gym” because you think that’s the only thing to do to achieve your goals
Recovery Coaching
Personalized recovery coaching and protocols. You will learn what it takes to allow your body to recover from your daily stressors and your workouts (did you know that your RECOVERY is more important than your lift?)

Meet Stacy

Just like you, Stacy had A LOT to juggle each day … full time career, a mother to two girls under the age of 3, the responsibility of home management, and attempting to find time for caring for herself .
She had spent years prioritizing everyone and everything else around her, managing a demanding career with heaps of responsibility, not to mention navigating a very isolating pandemic. I did every workout and that includes the 15 minute increases to cardio every 4 weeks. It had been a long time since I had done any cardio for 60 minutes and due to the consistent workouts, I was able to work my way up and not cheat myself. I took this challenge incredibly seriously to the point that my 3 year old would cheer for me over her morning cheerios as she saw me come up from doing a Peloton class, "Good job, mommy! Why we made TriFit Forever
Who wouldn’t want to be FIT, FOREVER?
Physical fitness, health, nutrition, building muscle, all of these things can feel very nebulous and uncertain for so many. When Coach Joel started training 10 years ago, he found that the clients that hired him did so because they had no idea how to pursue their goals. For many of them, it seemed impossible that they would ever actually get the body they wanted or feel good while exercising. This drove him to doggedly pursue the “WHY” behind exercise and nutrition.
We built Trireme Fitness because the fitness market lacks results oriented business models.
Learning the “WHY” helped him develop programs that have a 100% success rate when followed to the letter. There is no guesswork when losing weight and building muscle. The science-based methods are proven across hundreds of clients just like you and these methods work every time.
Commercial gyms are often looking to bring on young, inexperienced trainers because they can pay them lower sales commissions. Many independent trainers get by with flashy social media content and charisma, selling cheap products to the masses.
That stuff doesn’t fly with us.
We wanted to build something that would have real, life long results for our clients. We pursued the right way, not the easy way. Sometimes this means our product isn’t for everyone.

In short, results. 2 coaches who will dedicate themselves to helping you achieve maximal health and fitness by way of weekly check-ins, calls with your coaches, a detailed exercise program, a customized nutrition guide, and a roadmap for incorporating wellness routines into your daily life.

Your couches will never be out of touch; you can expect weekly check-ins and monthly calls. You will never be at a loss as to what your next step is.

Nope. Your fitness program is customized to you so we can work with whatever you have available to you.

None. Your program will begin based on your experience and we will guide you every step of the way.

We ask that all our clients commit to doing 3 lifts per week. A typical lifting session is 45 mins. Otherwise, if you do at least 60% of what we coach you to do, you’ll make progress. The more dedicated you are to following the letter of the program, the faster you will see results.

We don’t copy and paste programs, the cost of the program will depend on the length of the program and the level of coaching you will need to achieve your goals, which may differ as we progress through your program. Similar to visiting a doctor for an ailment, we can’t know your prescription until we assess your symptoms. This is why we do individual calls with every person interested in learning more about our coaching program. We get to know your life, your experiences, your goals, so we can give you a step-by-step roadmap for a successful plan of action for YOU.
